In-Network Dentists

You have access to dentists in the Delta PPO and Delta Premier network. To find in-network dentists, go to Delta’s website.

Out-of-Network

You may receive dental care from any licensed dentist. However, you will receive a higher level of benefits when covered services are obtained from a Delta Dental PPO or Premier Network dentist. In-network dentists have agreed to charge a reduced, negotiated fee for their services. If you go to an Out-of-Network dentist, you may be billed for charges in excess of the Usual & Reasonable reimbursement paid by the plan.
